The most easier way to do it during the time you go to work, climb up staircase to your office if your office located at high rise building (do it slowly until your body stamina can cope with it, otherwise will dizzy if you climb too fast at the first time). Or, park your car far from your office, then do morning walk to your office (must ensure you sweat, and it may need to change cloth after you reach office).

For me, i have treadmill at home. I spend on 15 minutes run (with high pace), to get myself sweat. It’s work! The more frequent you do, the best results you will get.
